We do not have any complex refund policy in our company in the unlikely circumstances and these terms won’t affect your statutory rights. The refund is generally processed back to the same payment method as you paid in time of purchase. However, exceptions can’t be avoided, and in this case, we strongly recommend you go through all the list of products, specially personalized ones, which we are unable to accept any cancellation or refund or even exchange.
