Refund & Exchange

We do not have any complex refund policy in our company in the unlikely circumstances and these terms won’t affect your statutory rights. The refund is generally processed back to the same payment method as you paid in time of purchase. However, exceptions can’t be avoided, and in this case, we strongly recommend you go through all the list of products, specially personalized ones, which we are unable to accept any cancellation or refund or even exchange. Followings are the list:

  1. Food, Bakery Items, Grocery & Vegetables.
  2. Products with the damages, spots or any kind of marks.
  3. Products that have been worn or used in any way.
  4. Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Socks
  5. Fragrances, Beauty products
  6. Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
  7. Bundled items
Return Procedure Items must be returned in their original pre-sale condition – unworn, tags attached and folded carefully in sufficient and appropriate packaging to make sure that the item(s) are not damaged in transit. Returns must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt including the details of your name, contact, reason for return and order number. Without the mentioned details, it may cause the delays in processing the refunds. Strictly no refund/exchange for the items returned after 3rd day in any items. You should, however, contact us for the items you want the exchange to discuss the options available. You are strongly advised to keep the proof of postage while sending items for return or exchange.
